Foster Care

PTFFC Program

The Pathways Treatment Family Foster Care (PTFFC) Program will be offered beginning October 1, 2023. PTFFC is a specialized foster care program designed to ensure children with high emotional and behavioral needs can thrive in loving, nurturing, and stable homes. By providing a temporary placement where children can stabilize and improve their coping skills, Professional Foster Parents are part of the PTFFC Team that works together to serve high needs children as they navigate the foster care system on their way to a forever home.

Our PTFFC Program enables a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure success for each child and family we serve. Regular, consistent engagement with the PTFFC Team, high quality behavioral health services, peer support, and 24-hour on-call crisis support help create a supportive and safe environment for children and families to thrive. Our specialized and skilled PTFFC Team members utilize an individualized, trauma-informed, whole-family approach to wellness, ensuring we build upon the strengths of both the individual and the family.

We recruit and train Professional Foster Parents who are willing to open their hearts and homes through our PTFFC Program. Along with 24/7 support, we provide extensive and ongoing training to ensure foster families are prepared and have a clear framework with proactive strategies for responding to any situation.
