Foster Care

Primary Medical Needs Program

Pathways’ Adoption and Foster Care programs serve children who have been removed from their families due to abuse, neglect, or an otherwise unsafe environment. Some of these children have medical needs and require special care and services from specially-trained families.

Pathways’ Primary Medical Needs (PMN) Program recruits, trains, and supports individuals and families who desire to open their homes to care for medically fragile children.

Pathways has a PMN team dedicated to each PMN foster home and the children placed in the home. Our qualified staff, including a Registered Nurse is on-call and available to assist, give advice or guidance, and provide training.

For more information about the PMN Foster Care Program, please give us a call at (210) 733-7117.
