What happens to a child when their family is unable to care for them temporarily or even permanently? Where do they receive the guidance and care they need to succeed in school? Who provides the nurturing environment they need to feel safe and thrive?
At Pathways, we recruit, train, and support families who desire to open their homes to children who need a safe, nurturing place to live. Our foster care program includes Foster Care, Kinship Care, Primary Medical Needs Foster Care, and the Pathways Treatment Family Foster Care (PTFFC) Program.
Each program encourages the achievement of every child’s full potential by providing a stable and loving alternative family environment. Pathways designs and implements specific treatment plans for each child and their family while working for the best permanent outcome for the child.
If you’re interested in foster care in Abilene, Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, or any of their nearby areas, we hope you will consider Pathways.
